CLASS OUTLINES

The ULTIMATE Leg Workout! Focus on building strength, endurance, shaping, toning and tightening in this killer leg workout. Using Boxes, sleds, suspension, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, and much more to get your legs working hard and feeling great!

An AMAZING Total Body, Fat Burning Workout. This action packed, high energy class focuses on building muscle and working your cardio to the max. Using equipment such as Barbells, Bands, Med Balls, Kettlebells, Sleds, Skier, Rowers, and Boxes, your entire body will be on Fire from head to toe.

Suspension class is a form of strength, flexibility, and balance doing bodyweight exercises using a strap anchored to a fixed point, allowing you to perform various exercises that will engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously.


An UPPER BODY workout that will have your arms, shoulders, chest, and back feeling invigorated! This class is designed to build upper body strength using a variety of equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and much more. LET'S PICK UP THOSE WEIGHTS AND PUT THEM DOWN!

Power-Up Kickboxing is our signature class where it all got started. This class is an explosive TOTAL BODY workout where you can burn up to 1000 calories in 45 minutes. Tone, Tighten, and Strengthen your arms, legs, and core with every Punch, Kick, or Knee utilizing a bag. This is not your ordinary cardio kickboxing class. This is an explosive workout that will no doubt have your entire body POWERED-UP and on fire!

Feel the Fire in this total body workout that will leave you feeling the burn! This class focuses on the smaller muscle movements, utilizing bands, weights, yoga blocks, Pilates rings, and body weight exercises. You will feel the heat of your body rising while bringing those muscles to failure and building strength.

MODIFICATIONS ARE PROVIDED FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS OR ANYONE WHO MAY HAVE AN INJURY OR AILMENT.

This KILLER workout is a combination of Power-Up Kickboxing and Bootcamp Smashed together! It take components from each style and puts them together in an amazing flow. 

Total body workout taught through timed rotating stations focusing on every muscle group in your body. You can always count on Muscle and Cardio work in this fat burning, strengthening, body tightening workout that will leave you with a great sense of accomplishment.

Here is where we Mash Up our Power-Up Kickboxing class along with an amazing weighted workout. Focusing on building strong lean muscle along with Cardio.


Feel your heart PUMPING in this incredible workout. HIIT drills combined with boxing drills putting in everything you got to achieve an ultimate adrenaline rush.

If you want to feel those muscles working, this is the class for you! Barre Burn is all about focusing on those small muscles increasing strength and endurance while elongating your muscle. This class is an excellent way to tone and tighten.

There is nothing like putting our Power-Up Kickboxing and smashing it together with our Barre Burn! get that high intense, heart pumping workout with our signature kickboxing, then slow it down with our Barre Burn and tighten and tone. No doubt your body will be feeling it after this one.
